The fact is that Kenya is a strong member of Commonwealth Organization and Uhuru Kenyatta having escaped ICJ indictment recently wouldn't have willingly got entangled in international law scandal or in diplomatic row with UK because of Nigeria or even Pres. Buhari. No, that's not possible. So, the earlier IPOB's lawyer realized that Nnamdi Kanu is a victim of international politics, the better it is for him to stop wasting energy, time and money going back and forth with UK's diplomats in Nigeria.

On the point that Kanu was not in the possession of his Nigeria passport, he shouldn't be likewise his British passport because it was all seized from him in 2017 and the British government need to explain to the world how he got another one when they know that the one he has was seized by Nigeria government. The action of the British government to issue another passport to a criminal whom they were aware was standing trial in Nigeria when his passport was seized is illegal and a spite to Nigeria, Nigeria will hence not care to spite the British government if it's necessary to rearrest Kanu.

That Kanu has denied his citizenship of Nigeria but stays in another country to launch a terrorist attacks against Nigeria makes him an international criminal and that gives Nigeria every right to arrest him, bring him to Nigeria to face the law just like Hushpuppi in USA.

So you honestly believe that a person holding dual citizenship of say US and UK can go to US, commit a crime, US seized his passport, he jumps bail, illegally leave the country back to the UK, then the UK miraculously gives him a fresh passport knowing he jumped bail in the US, he is then arrested in another country, taken back to US and in your twisted mind you expect the US to say well, after he jumped bail, he denounced his US citizenship therefore, he cannot be charged in our court because he is a UK citizen so we are putting him in the next flight to UK.
