Alot of guys here won't still believe some people collected APL at FIRS, for this UAR, forget about what you think you know, things dy happen underground.

That's why the other guy that was almost or presumably scammed should have been patient for just one more day to meet at FIRS head quarters with the agent to confirm the authenticity of his presumably fake or real APL. But i guess he won't know if it's real or fake again

That's pretty normal, but sometimes letters are backdated for reasons best known to an agency. In some agencies, during induction, you might even be given an application form which you have to backdate for filing purposes.

Na which Fed job dey outside now am tired of working with state government without staffing us. Here is my forth year in service, no promotion yet just remain in one level. A lot of shout from other agencies made them to confirmed our appointment recently and we don't know when promotion will be coming. I need high pay federal government job.
