Following the capture of the self -acclaimed leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra , Nnamdi Kanu, several controversies have arisen .
Aside from the controversies , it has also drawn criticism from some sections of the public , some people especially from the South East region alleged that the federal government is not putting the same effort into the fight against Boko Haram and bandits.
Their reactions have clearly shown that they are unaware of the various air and land strikes by the Nigerian military against terrorists and bandits in the Northern part of the country .
Commenting on this , the spokesperson of the All Progressive Congress, Lagos State Chapter, Joe Igbokwe, quoted a statement from a certain Abubakar Widi -jalo , regarding the arrest of Nnamdi Kanu.
The beginning of the statement says; “ The most idiotic thing I’ve heard from people after Nnamdi Kanu’s arrest , is people saying “ Government should put in the same effort to deal with Boko Haram and bandits” Really ? So all the bombardment of Sambisa and other Boko Haram locations, and bandit hideouts, with Jet fighters , helicopter gunships and land troops , leading to the killing and arrest of many bandits (and terrorists ) is no effort ? Do you know how many security personnel we have lost in the fight against insurgents and bandits ? Yet you say no effort is being made ?

And that's why he got caught....because he did not delegate the Kenya trip to someone else. Or delegate the trip to someone who would have delegated the trip to someone else.
