I would suggest you print the medical request letter and take it to the hospital. On getting there, you plead with them especially because of the 30-day timeline shown on the letter. If they give you an earlier date of say next week, you can accept that option.
You might also explore the option of express service at a higher price (that's if they even have such. Although this should be like you last option if they are not forthcoming with the previous suggestion).
I'm optimistic that you will find favour.

I don't know about now, but as at early 2020.. I know of some ma peeps who didn't pay a dime for school fees prior to getting to Canada and they were allowed entry into Canada... So far you have enough money in your SOA to pay your full school fees and take care of yourself all though your stay in Canada, that shouldn't pose a problem for you.... Anyone that has been in this condition of recent can also share their experience.. Peace

I don't think your agent will wanna allow you do it since he/she started the application in the first place, try and convince your agent that the payment is something you can do yourself... Do not jeopardise your application all in the name of agents.. Peace

Take your Details to the medical centre and beg for earlier date or immediate examination.

If you don’t have a contact there going there yourself might be tricky because the security were being very unhelpful on that day and not letting the lady go in.

You are to pay the exact amount as directed on your admission letter

1. Did they ask for it?
2. Did you order for GCMS note and saw in the note where the VO was having issue with the Statement of funds you submitted with your application?
3. What's your reason for uploading additional statement of funds without them asking for it? If your answer to question 1 and 2 is NO, I will advise you calm down until they ask for it or until you see in your GCMS that they are presently having issue with your Statement of funds in your ongoing application... Peace

I can tell you for free that CBSA GCMS note now has more volume and now slower than GCMS note requested from other services.

CBSA GCMS NOTE is 30 days and some cases 60 days, in accordance with the Access to Information Act of Canada, section 7.

You don't need WES or ICAS to assess your transcript.

I know someone who applied and got the admission and they didn't ask this
