The reason she wasn't confirmed is cause delta state has a member already in the commission not even bacause she is a party member. What if delta state didnt have any representative in the commission, would she have been confirmed?

lest we forget, formal INEC chairman,Prof Jega and INEC committee were all against her nomination. As to federal character, BUHARI is ready to offer another appointment to the other man from Delta and retain Lauretta.
