Exactly, and that's why they can't be able to fight a conventional or non-nuclear war with the US because only a good economy can keep funding war for a long period of time. In a real war situation, they'll always want to use a nuclear weapon to cut their cost and expenses of which the US will retaliate and leading to the anhillation of both countries. Russia knows this and that's why they're more on the defensive.

For now only China has what it takes economically to face the US in a conventional war.

The term vanishing war jet is a synonym for radar evasive technology and I put it that way in a layman's language. How many times has the US tested missiles?? This is the border line between the North and South of Korea created by the US to protect the South Koreans from the North's 1 million man standing army.
