Please Nairalanders, where can I report a case involving a man beating his own mother? The husband is dead many years ago and the woman had to live with the son. The woman has been calling for help but no one seems to assist. Are there human right organisation in charge of a case like this? please help.

He's truly cursed like an already cursed bitter being with little touch of madness that I know that listed what will befall her and all her loved ones all in the name of thinking she's cursing someone.
