I hear say we want buy tammy Abraham from una hand cry cry cry

Na which kind relationship my club get with una club embarassed
In as much as that relationship has been unfavorable to us, I think that Tammy Abraham is a good prospect. He is young and is an English international. He has the talent/potentials to become a top striker. Depending on how much Chelsea will take, he is someone we can try. 25-30m is ok.

is this our priority?

Are we supposed to be bringing in men that will not improve our squad?

Why spend over £25million on another striker when we lack quality wingers and central midfielders?

Las las arteta and edu na money miss road people

Signing a striker does not mean we will not sign a midfielder or winger. They are not mutually exclusive. Rather, with Lacazette and Auba aging, and Nketiah refusing to grow up, Abraham can be our go-to guy within the next year if not this one. One thing is sure, we need another striker.

Sufferness no dey taya us?

Tammy Abraham of all strikers??.

1... He is not good aerially despite his height
2... He is not strong, meaning he can't even hutsle or bully defenders
3... He is not fast too, at least to compensate for his lack of strength
4... While he's a good goalscorer, he is more of an advanced nketiah
5... He is not even so good in link up play.
6... He is not even a good dribbler too

What then are we buying him for if not to start wailing about him in a year or two once he wears our shirt.

I also know that Chelsea is a bad place for young players to thrive see Salah, KDB, Lukaku, Moses, and more recently Hoddoi, Ziyech and Pulisic.

I see potentials in Abraham if he moves else where. That's me.

if you look at all those players, you'll see that most aren't given chances to perform. If you watch their play, you'll see shades of potential in them.

Lemme use salah as example, when he was at Chelsea, he is fast, he can beat his man but he wasn't a prolific goal scorer. Now you'll know this one have shades of potential in him that can be nurtured based on that.

But I just told you that of Tammy Abraham of what he probably doesn't do or have. If he's not good aerially, or not fast, how do you imbibe that in him?

If you'd said we should go for Hudson odoi(in terms of potential talent) I can agree with you. Not Abraham abeg.

Note:... I've watched Abraham mostly during lampard first season as coach and all his negative attributes, I saw them, aside his goals (I'm not making them up)

I implore on any truthful Chelsea fan to prove me wrong if what I outlined about him isn't true

I am not doubting you neither am I saying he is Harry Kane or that we should use Ben White's money to buy him. I said if Chelsea can agree to a fee of 25-30m then it isn't bad for such a striker who is 23, has played for England and has PL experience and has been Chelsea's top scorer for the past two seasons = facts.

Forget all your doubts, if Abraham joins Leeds, Aston Villa or Everton where he will be guaranteed game time, we will be pricing him 50m next season. I remember Nigeria was begging him to play for us instead of England. Chelsea is a bad place to rate young players. Players like Odoi or Gilmour would have blown since.

Lol... I just want to say you've not watched Abraham keenly that's why you're making all these assumptions. Well, it's your opinion so I respect it.

But my own opinion is, instead of wasting 25-30m on Abraham who we can be so frustrated with and can sell if possible, why not wait and add it to get a better and proper striker. Being 23 and having EPL experience doesn't count if the player isn't good enough.
And to me, with what I outlined, he's not good enough to be in our squad (if we want to improve). I look at a player's trait and not the kind of club he is(weda his club promote youngsters or not)

That's my take

You are right on adding money and getting a better striker instead. But which top striker will join Arsenal? Chelsea wants to offload him so they can get Harland. Apart from Harland which young top striker remain?

I tell you, 25m for Abraham is similar to giving Balogun a pro contract. They are all in the same level/category- potentials. In fact Abraham has better prospects than Balogun. If he fails, we can offload him with his age.

He is not my choice of striker but if Arteta wants him, I'd say for less than 30m- if so no problem. Even if we don't get him, next summer we will need a striker when Lacazette leaves and Aubameyang is old. Then we will have to spend.

Thank God you're seeing my point. So if he's not so much better than balogun(potentially), why drop 25m for him when we can have it free with balogun. Aside the 25m, his wages will be around 80-100k or Even more. All these things is why I'm against his signing, cos if he flops, trust arsenal to sell him for €5-15m. Thus another loss.

To be sincere, we don't need him. Let's just use that time to develop balogun.

And as for strikers... Strikers dey world. It mustn't be world class, but striker that have good potentials in all these south American leagues. Mk dem go all these south American leagues go bring correct striker from 20-24yrs abeg

Hi everyone. Anything new on Saliba?

Anytime I remember we let Martinez go and kept Leno cry

Never been so unsure about the direction of the club as now. Something dramatic has to change soon whether in the coaching or ownership department for Arsenal to move forward.

W. Saliba has joined O. Marseille of France on a season loan with no obligation to buy. He will be assessed again after he returns from his 3rd loan. I am convinced the kid will not sign an extension after he returns next season. It is a sad situation especially when you consider Gabriel will be out injured with a knee injury.
We, primarily our Spanish Khadiri Ikhana have absolutely mismanaged Saliba’s situations and watching our management sit still and allow it is even more frustrating. In his 3rd year, he is supposed to be playing for Arsenal but we are still loaning him around like he is an U-23 player.
You call him Arteta, I call him our Spanish Khadiri Ikhana.. He has absolutely no man management skill, especially with young players, lacks tactical acumen and plays a predictable cautious style that does not encourage fluidity/ movement. It is one thing to sound intelligent during pressers, it’s another thing to implement or put to practice what is deemed intelligent. This is the worst coaching I have seen..

grin on the bold even the real Kadiri Ikhana won a champions league ours can't even qualify for Yuropa League chei! when I we going to come out of this.

Honestly, he was lucky fans were not allowed into the stadium last season. The Spanish Khadiri Ikhana would have been fired if fans were allowed last season because the banners would have been out by December. Arsenal fans that turned on Wenger will not even wait to boo and get the banners out!!
This is my hope going into this new season! If we see anything similar to the rubbish we endured last season, the fans will bring the heat and make home games un-coachable for him.

I'll take Calvert-Lewin over Abraham any day. But then he isn't available. If Chelsea demands anything more than 30m then it's a risk too far. But below that is worth trying. After all we are paying 50m for Ben White.
