For your information

IRCC online service will be unavailable from 4:30 a.m., Monday, July 19, 2021, to 10:30 a.m., Tuesday, July 20, 2021 (Nigeria time).

And most likely, there will a public holiday on Tuesday, July 20 to celebrate Idd-Ul-Adha if it doesn't cross over to Wednesday.

Obviously, our livescores portal will be on holiday too. Even though tomorrow Saturday is another day but a weekend, I hope and pray PPRs to drop accordingly.

First and foremost I want to thank God almighty because I knew he’d come thru for me but he over exceeded all my expectations and still gave me jara!!
I never knew that the time when I’d testify was around the corner.
Funny thing was that I drafted my testimony and timeline yesterday evening and behold it became a reality!
To my big nairaland family!! Thank y’all
Cheiii what’d I do without y’all.. y’all have been very supportive and it’s well acknowledged!

Here’s my timeline:
Used the same agent for the first two applications which were eventually refused.

1st application;
Submitted: November 27th 2019
Biometrics: December 1st 2019
Refusal letter: January 27th 2020

Second application;
Submitted: May 18th 2020
Refusal: September 30th 2020

(Employment prospect)

At this point I was heart broken to the core because most Monikers in my batch have already moved to Canada.. it was depressing.
So I just took a looonnggggg break!!!! And decided to refire!!

Third and final application;
Submitted: March 23rd 2021
I didn’t get NSE req cause I submitted everything at once

Pls take it easy .. it’s just 6hrs not 24hrs. I guess the mistake is cuz of the stress of waiting for PPR

PPR Alert!!!

Hello Everyone!

So, a friend introduced me to this forum two weeks ago and I have taken my time since then to visit it once in a while to read people's stories and pray along
Before now, I hardly ever logged into my IRCC account to check updates, since I believed that they would email me regarding any update. So you can imagine my confusion when I started seeing posts saying "passed medicals" , "started eligibility review". I became frantic at one point oh. I was so worried that I told myself that I would send a webform today, only for me to get a PPR notification.

Congratulations

Hello my Nairaland family,TGIF.
Please help me,I am so frustrated right now. I sent in my application since Feb 4th,got NSE request Feb 17th,was so excited at the time,later got another request May 14th for my bank statement even after I stating my spouse as the sole sponsor,I have since submitted all requested document,and since then it’s been silence,I have sent so many webforms that they no longer send even the generic response,school resumption is sept 7,so confused n don’t know what to do again,I sent a mail to MP of the area where my school is located ,the response I got was that I should send my address cos they are giving priority to those living in that area.
Please suggest what to do next.
What I have in mind is to ask a friend to link my call with ircc ,conference call so I can make enquiry,thou I don’t know if that is legal.
Help helppppp!
Congratulations to all PPR recipients!

I did not do anything fishy. I boosted the account printed bank statement and transfer back the money to the owner that same day. My fear is if they ask for the bank statement of that day from the bank and what I presented it won’t be same.

Hey everyone,

I was supposed to resume May 2021 but I still do not have a decision from IRCC. My file was submitted feb 11 2021 but up till now, I have no update. My school did not have deferral option so I had to reapply for Jan 2022 session. The issue it that my school only makes admission decision at the end of August. Should I inform IRCC that I am waiting for new admission letter? Basically, right now IRCC only have my old admission letter of May 2021... Has anyone been in this situation before? Your advise will be appreciated, thank you.
Be quite about it.
Secure a new admission.
Once you get your visa raise a Web form to inform ircc of the new admission update and why it happened.
Save a copy of same incase u are questioned at PoE

Showers of PPR ON ALL!

Don't worry. Your ppr will come. Just keep hope alive. You can also order gcms note to get something to hold on to... To be a bit balanced emotionally, I order gcms notes every 15-20 days. So in each month, I received atleast 2 notes . Both CBSA and normal notes. It will end in praise....
