Nigeria was amalgamated in 1914 by Lord Lugard and it got its independence in 1960. Nigeria started practicing democracy in 1993 which was the first democratic election that was conducted which led to the death of MKO Abiola. Since then till now that election is the only election recorded as free and fair election in Nigeria.

After the death of MKO Abiola, democracy was put on hold till 1999 when Ex-president Oluusegun Obasanjo became the first democratic president. Since 1999 till now Nigeria has not be able to record any free and fair election as a democratic Country because of this set of people..........

Those people were not voted they were appointed by the British government. Nigeria's constitution then was the British constitution that was being used until democracy was fully established in Nigeria in 1999. So presently Nigeria is still using the 1999 constitution that is causing the unrest situation in Nigeria

A lot of you don't understand how Nigeria was birthed, I won't put blame on any of you because I ones believe in what I saw on our textbooks until I took my time to dig in. Our textbooks are the ice cream on top of the cake.
