The erstwhile Managing Director of AlphaBeta, the Lagos State consultant on IGR share his petition to the EFCC via the law firm Adetunji Shoyoye and Associates.

The EFCC has requested Bola Tinubu’s asset declaration documents from the Code of Conduct Bureau, Peoples Gazette can report, in a politically-charged inquiry that could see the former Lagos governor and ruling party chieftain arrested and prosecuted before 2023.

It will be recalled that Apara filed the suit against Tinubu and the managing director of the firm, Akin Doherty. In the suit, he claims that Tinubu laundered billions of naira through the firm.

He Accuses the firm among other things of corruption and money Laundering.
