Tony and Bruce didn't know Ultron was conscious. In his own words "we weren't even close to an interface". So he didn't know Ultron was fully conscious when he left for the party..

Second. Did Natasha Romanov know that little girl was in the building before she bombed it? Yes! She knew the little girl was inside the building, yet she bombed it anyway. Natasha Romanov knew exactly what she was doing and what she wanted to do when she bombed that building.

Now how's this for God-tier higher intelligence?

I thought this was pretty solid just like the first one. They do a really good job of creating elaborate puzzles and ramping up the suspense at times.
