Attention: Corporate Affairs Commission Post Incorporation account reset password not working for over two months.

Accredited Agent who was accredited could not reset their password, all effort by the commission front desk assistance and the commission ICT Department to resolve it failed.

Series of calls and emails sent to ICT Department failed.

We are calling on federal government to direct Corporate Affairs Commission director general, Abubakar, to seek help from professional developers in the country to fix the reset password issue on the new portal deployed recently by the commission.

Each time I to reset my password to be able to login a link is sent to my mail requesting I enter new password and confirmed password after doing it and click the submit button the button keeps rolling till infinity without updating the agent confirmed.

We have call almost the top management on phone and yet no meaning result.

Even the schedule manager in charge of the new portal complaint confirmed to us that he has reported the issue to ICT Department and can't explain why they can't fix the issue for this long.

Despite the outrageous fees
The ICT is useless. The reset password link still not working to the moment.
