You want to know how to recognize intrinsically strong political men in life? Look at what Nigerian politicians do and the influence they can command when without political or government office. Like or hate him, Tinubu is a very intelligent and idea-centred individual who will outlast the limited Buhari who is only 'flexing' because of power that is transient. You Igbos can never understand this concept. You're not wired to appreciate what is deep, intangible and abstract /complex. Everything is about what you can see and touch, plus use immediately and simplistically, like money, guns, knives, drugs, robbery, killings and display of mindless brute force. You have no finesse or depth. Simply look at how Buhari was completely lost and impotent without power, for decades, and you will apprciate the phenomenon Tinubu is considering his most prominent period of political dominance came after he left Lagos Governor's house in 2007 and held no government position at all.
