This is a court based on evidence. I dont know of any place where Nnamdi Kanu has claimed responsibility for committing a crime but if the government goes and brings an audio where he is alleged to have done so, Kanu will deny it and say its not him. If the prosecution has no corroborating evidence to tie Kanu to the audio, that one is over
