Even when I was poorly paid back then as an employee pastor, I was very frustrated and almost gave up my calling.

I don't think paying such pastors should be an issue considering that they are made to generate money to run the church. We have seen cases of pastors who fail to meet up being sacked. For those who are saying that a pastor should have other hustle and not depend on earnings from pastoral work, kindly tell us how the GOs made their money and what they are living on.

A good step towards Accountability is opening the Accounts for all to see total Annual Incomes and Expenditures like the so-called Orthodox churches do every year. This step dispels rumours about integrity and honesty.
