Look at how jet black skin they are like Yorubas. These are majority Ijaws. The day I went to Nembe, I was shocked to how dark skin they are like south sudanese and Senegalese, and I kept asking the people with me, who are these people for God in Heaven? They don't look like native easterners at all, they look very different, more like Yorubas. I was told the Ijaws in present day Bayelsa and Ondo border from mixing with Yorubas had migrated to Nembe years ago. I said no wonder, they can't be native as they look different from Easterners native.
Why na cool

This is a market jetty that moves people from up land to the rural riverhine areas. Lagos jetty is mainly for conveying of passengers but the ones in Rivers state is for moving of agricultural products
Bros, they convey passengers as well at the that Nembe jetty. cool

So, any fair or light skinned Ijaw person has mixed up with Igbos? And yeah, that's how they look until they mix up with Igbos like Obi Cubana, Ikpeazu, Ugwuanyi, Ekwerremadu, Mr. Ibu etc. Or does Obi Cubana have non-Igbo blood for having such "jet black skin"? Smh.
Don't mind the attention seeker

Ijaw people are naturally very very black. Thats how they look like until they mix with Igbo, like the ones in Okirika. A natural Ijaw man or woman without Igbo blood is the blackest person you will see in Nigeria
grin cool

The sound of the shit as it plunge into the waters is electrifying and exciting , you will see how fishes scramble to eat the shit.

Water transportation remains an untapped opportunity in the south south. Every one is looking for oil when govt can generate revenue improving movement of goods and people on water across the region.

AND WHO IS POLLUTING THE AIR THAT WE BREATHE IN THE SOUTH SOUTH,
ARE WE NOT THE ONES BREAKING OIL PIPELINES AND ENGAGING IN ILLEGAL REFINING? BROS THE WAY WE MAKE OUR BED IS THE WAY WE SLEEP ON IT. LETS TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR OUR ACTIONS AND STOP BLAMING OTHERS.

Nembe Jetty in Port Harcourt Rivers state is the single largest jetty in Nigeria. Nembe jetty is a major commodity jetty for agricultural/seafood products from riverhine to upland and vice versa. We toured the area and we are proud to bring to you the sights and sounds of Nembe Jetty.

Re: Bonny-Bille-Nembe Jetty Port Harcourt In Pictures (Video) by Pearlpop:
The government of Rivers State is very wicked. Rivers is blessed with oil money, good people, and nice weather.
This video reminds me of my childhood because I grew up in this place. Thank God that the environment where we are raised doesn't determine where we will be in future. For more than 15 years this place was demolished, nothing concrete compared to huge monies sunk into this project. I travel and i'm amazed with what the government does. Ports like this that facilitate trade and movement within and outside the state.
I give high remark to Lagos State government for its investment in water sector.
Niger Delta has money but its leaders are very myopic, visionless and retards.
I couldn't control my emotions watching this video because I just visualized my childhood till university days.
Nigeria needs visionary dreamers in leadership position and not thugs
