Sellers with clearance items are not posting cos they fear they will get bullied. I have bought a brand new 4.5 x 6 bedframe for 45k, and a 6x6 for 85k. I have a friend who had his 6x6 made for 110k and this is just the frame (not including the mattress). It all depends on the design and materials. Matress price is also determined by its height/thickness apart from it being 4.5x6 or 6x6.

If you have posted items here before you should not be surprised to see the way some people would ask you to sell that bed frame you made for 9k. I sincerely expect sellers to be reasonable in their posting but I'm getting frustrated that I don't even see household items I need on this thread talkless of at clearance rates.

It's like some auto sellers that will say "distress sale" but the price is not "distress price" it's sometimes even higher that the going rate for same car. And people tend to point this out to them, or price it down appropriately.

For those complaining, sorry, but I can't please everyone, especially those with no home training thinking everyone is their mate to disrespect. People should learn to communicate without anger and bitterness...life shouldn't be so complicated; with the amount of bile over issues of perceived hiking of prices today alone, I am surprised that I have sold many items, with many still asking for stuff. My point is, let's learn to communicate where there is a disagreement. Everything mustn't be war.

One of you here called and WhatsApp me for the Hisense microwave; he complained it was too expensive and adviced on the pricing...I took his advice, reached out to the owner, the owner relented, and the deal was sealed. Young man requested to pay 16k for the microwave oven, I made calls to the owner, bargained down to 15k and he paid directly to the owner. (Well, I'm still looking for the 5k profit someone is alleging I added as my mark up, smh). My point being, things are not always the way they appear. To some of you, everybody is needy and greedy...lol.

Pls understand, there is more than one side to most situations, and the side you choose to pick could very well be the wrong side.

On my part, I will endeavour to continually improve in my bid to serve better.
