In my opinion, I think there needs to be a combination of several things - Intelligence, book smartness, street smartness, ability to think out of the box, luck, creativity, pro-activity, reactivity, intuition, experience, some shadiness, networking etc etc.

Whatever the mix is, it is that mix and not just one single trait that puts some people up and above their peers.

However, anyone who manages to hold onto wealth has to have a high dose of one of the things in the mix....

You really sound unwise as I dont see the connection between the guy's behavioral tendency and his tribe. I hate when some of yall see things from a tribal perspective. Teddy A had an almost identical domineering behavior as White. I guess he was igbo too.
