Good day everyone,

I don't know if this is the right place to get advise but I'll post.

Please Is it advisable to quit a current job for another job when you have not gotten offer letter yet?

I have concluded interview and training but salary for the new place is yet to be disclosed to me.

Thanks.

Please don't try it. Ensure you have your offer letter and you are satisfied with all the terms and conditions before jumping. Also, exit peacefully no drama.

No, it is not. Why are you even contemplating it?

Please do not do it until;

1. You receive an offer in writing.
2. You've sat with it for 24 hours, thoroughly read it and you're satisfied with the terms/condition.
3. You sign the offer and communicate your start date to the new employer.
4. You have given the required notice to your current employer.
5. You exit current workplace with little or no drama.

Gbam, there you have it OP.
