Yes, I used to be afraid of drinking medicine especially antimalarial drugs as they smell awful with bitter taste.

How did I conquer it?

I pinch my nose before pouring the drugs in my mouth and it's been helping me. Before now, I used to put it inside eba.

How do y'all do that?

If I put 2 at once,they will just be playing in my mouth in my awful attempt to swallow them.
Making me tasting the awful taste the more...ewww!

The smell alone can make one puke, so nauseating..

I scrunch up my nose, pop the pills in my left hand, throw 'em into my mouth, grabbing the glass of water at the speed of light with my right hand, whoooosh down my throat, rushes to wash my hand with soapy sponge under running water, anything to get that smell off ughh.. Bitter taste, that I can bear.
