Prenup, is contract between two on how to share/not share pre-marital assets, marital assets, etc.

By law in most states; child & spousal supports change with circumstances and define by changing laws and follows the best interest rules as such they cannot be pre-determined via a prenup.

The prenup they signed protected and secured Kelly assets, but since she earn a higher income she will have to pay a percentage of her income (not assets) as spousal support, which will not exceed 7 years, since they were only married for 7 years and also her pro-rated income as child support, since they are sharing custody.

Mister man Kelly's husband signed a prenup, signing a prenup will not give you access to assets, but you are still entitled to spousal and child support if your spouse earns higher than you, the fact that Kanye and Kim signed prenup doesnt mean anything, Kanye will pay Kim child and spousal support cos he earns higher than her, she will not only have access to his assets.
