Consider booking an appointment with a urologist to know why all the sperms are dead. May be something that can be corrected with drugs or s minor surgery if properly diagnosed.

Might be implantation bleeding. With my second, I had my period three weeks after my last period and I thought it just came early. But by the fourth week when it was originally supposed to come, I got my bfp. All the best mama.

The sperm can live in a healthy uterus for up to 5days before dying and the egg only stays for up to 12-24 hours after being released. So if you wait for ovulation to occur before having sex there's a high probability one will mis-time it (except in cases where TVS/folliculometry is done to know when ovulation occurs).

This your case doesn't happen often.. It's very rare, so there's still a chance the lab made some kinda mistakes, so I'd say you re do the test.

But if the diagnosis is right, you should be worried bro, not a single percentage of your sperm is motile.. 100 percent dead is huge (mine was 70) . Also according to the lab's conclusion, your sperm is not in a good shape.

I would recommend the drugs prescribed for me for you but our case is different so please see your doctor ASAP.

Why jumping to IVF straight are there no other way to balance the hormone first, Nigerian doctors are part of our problems as Ttc

The result shows there's an issue with the ovaries/ovarian reserve.
I suggest you seek second opinion from another gynea preferably in a teaching hospital.
