For a long time I assumed the only sports we knew in Naija was football. Imagine my surprise when I started to hear of Naija playing other sports like basketball etc.

Someone I know said he was even traveling to Tokyo for the Olympics with the Nigerian badminton team. I was shocked to hear we even had a badminton team playing @ big games like the Olympics.

those super eagles that are now known as super chicken have really embarrassed us a lot.. It is time we forget football and embrace other sport..
