For those of you thinking and waiting for the Nigerian government to extradite Abba Kiyari to the United states of America to face the FBI, you seem to have forgotten quickly how Buruji Kashamu was indicted in the same Us and he was never sent to America by the Nigerian government., Allen Onyeama is still in Nigeria as we speak. Not extradited. One PDP presidential candidate is still roaming freely after the so called us indictment for fraud. What about one APC leader who we are told is wanted in America for drug related offences?

All these people I mentioned above are ordinary civilians, now you expect a government official to be extradited?

Keep on dreaming. The only way the FBI is getting Mr Kiyari will be through a covert operation

The silence of the presidency on the issue says a lot. They will be very reluctant to extradite Abba.

However, circumstances are different for all mentioned. With MNK and Igboho's case still very hot, it will be a tricky diplomatic situation for Nigerian government. Aside that, buying military weapons for fight against insurgents is another weighty issue. All in all, if Abba is ever released to the U.S, then it would be on the platter of international politicking and not cos its the best option opened to the Nigerian Government.

I'll commit a serious crime like kidnapping, ensure the supercop is on my case, make myself easy to nab in a location agreed with the FBI. Once the super fraud shows up to arrest me, an FBI covert team swoops in & picks him up to the US same night.

I get free citizenship for my efforts.

US is operating a one-way extradition policy with Nigeria which is nothing parasitic.
We have extradited several criminal suspects to the US but not one has been sent
in opposite direction.

Nigeria should demand for its permanent removal from US sanction list before handing over Kyari.

They ( the Nigerian government) have started already with plans to frustrate all efforts to extradite him. If you want to read more about this, go to the nation newspaper of today and you will hear what the PSC are saying about the case. They are already denying any knowledge of it because they have not received any request officially from any US court
