To get a nigerian passport is easy. There's a document you get in your local government to register. You can bribe to obtain it.

Their real country is the landlocked 80% Sahara desert Niger republic.

Please remove Dominican republic from that list. They stopped issuing resident permit let alone citizenship. I don't know where you get your information from. I'm based there and own a business there, I know what I am saying.
