I also think she’s over 21 but by a couple of years. Her body is like that of someone in their mid to late twenties. But it’s not impossible for someone to remember songs from when they were that young. Especially if it was a hit song that was played every day in the house they grew up in.

I have no problem with remembering the song itself but knowing every word to a song that had stopped trending before you turned 10 is pretty difficult to memorise or even see the need to. Akon’s don’t matter was 2006, by 2009 Akon had better hits that made Don’t matter fade pretty fast. I don’t see myself going back to memorise the words of some of Don Williams music (I might know the chorus and a few lines but not the entire thing) even though my dad played them till I grew up and left home.

I still dey wonder wetin Emmanuel and Rose dey always talk when they are together. I no wan believe say the girl dey enjoy him company. Probably using the poor guy to play the game

And for the record, I listened to Bee Gees too as a kid. My dad had the cassette tapes. Those guys were popular. Maybe it’s just me but I never felt the need to memorise the entire lyrics.
