Hello everyone, please can I still upload documents for NSE even after the request has expired?

It still shows your action is needed but request deadline has passed

If you have, please upload it, and if you don't, just write a brief explanation as to why the request could not be met.

It will be difficult to convince the VO WITHOUT a CAC documents to prove his business is verified and registered I think it's your only option right now. Registration costs 15k I don't think it's really a big deal and you'll get the certificate in a week or 2 max.
Apart from what I've stated above with i feel is a requirement that will solidify your claim you can also get other proves:
1.Receipt and business invoice of sales.
2. A website that advertises the nature of the business and services provided.
3. A customer's reference letter. (Preferably with a company's letter head)
5. Pictures of goods and merchandise. To help the VO grasp the nature of the business.

Hi everyone!
Congrats in advance on your ppr!
I have a question.
My app was recently refused, and I've ordered for a GCMS notes.
My sponsor is a business man, not registered business though.
How does he prove his sources of income?
How does he prove that his business is legal?
Tnx 4 ur response; I appreciate.

Yes you need to submit a new bank statement preferably with more funds and more transactions to show your circumstances has changed. To note that a bank statement only lasts for one month. To further prove credibility send a MBS with the normal SOA.

Hello house,

Please does one need to submit another bank statement again while re-applying?

Why is the company co-sponsoring u? If ur father is buoyant enough, he should be ur only sponsor. I dnt think adding ur employer as a co-sponsor adds any value

It's just to show more very strong financial tie back home.
Initially, my boss is willing to stand as my sponsor, but while i learnt it will be difficult for me to prove relationship, that blood, parents is good, that's why we changed.
But now, he(employer) has decided to give me some dollars from his own purse if am to leave, that's why i asked if we can add the company to it since my dad is already the main sponsor.

But still, i don't want anything to complicate my application.

Hello Guys!

Came to share my testimony here. Visa was rejected twice and approved on my third visa application.

Started this journey in 2020.

1st application: April 23, 2020.
Rejected September 23rd, 2020.
2nd application: November 23rd , 2020.
Rejected March 10th, 2021.

3rd application: March 26th, 2021.
Medical request July 12th 2021.
Passport Request 29th July, 2021.

The journey was frustrating and tbh I had already given up and started looking into visa applications to other countries. You really need alot of patience to endure all of this. If you find yourself in a similar situation please request your gcms notes and really tackle the issues.

Really grateful to God and I wish everyone the best!

I dont quite agree.. Company sponsorship can be stronger than individual sponsorships especially if you have bank statements or strong letter of sponsorship from a reputable organisation especially if it is known internationally.

In this case, you can term it sponsorship grant from your organisation. If he can get a letter.. Even better.. But add it to your SOP.

Hi,

Your company can serve as a sponsor too. However, ensure the funds is paid to your account directly

Your company serving as a sponsor could also serve as a really good additional home ties (economic-based home ties). The letter of support your company will give should state "they are rewarding for your contribution to the organization, you are coming back to the firm to continue working (in a new role and salary as approved by the board), etc. However, ensure all these are done in the official letterhead of the company and also proof company exist probably with a picture at work.

So the company can provide the below for you;

letter of support
letter of recommendation

Ohh, really, you mean that

Company can sponsor? If i no longer use my dad, and uses company, will that be okay and sound genuine to the VO?

I had to stop the company sponsorship bcs i heard it won't show much prove, that i have to have strong reason, for them investing such huge money on me, all on knowledge, but parents is still very understandable.

A big congratulations to you, your perseverance finally paid of...

To help others, kindly share the 2 previous refusals and how it was tackled. Your timeline will also help as well.

Cheers!
The reason for my previous refusals were:

1st application refusal : I applied with my sister, we had same sponsor, same course we were admitted to study, infact same everything. She got it and I didnt and it came as a shock to me. Requested my gcms notes and they mentioned financials and employment. The financials was that my source of funding wasnt clear because my brother who is young basically inherited money and property from my dad and the VO wasnt quite convinced of this source of funding. Then i was unemployed at the time so my employment was a problem.

2nd application refusal was almost same as the first but they added language abilities to the reason.

How I was able to tackle the refusals: I had to really change my SOP. State my source of funding clearly, made my sponsor also state it very well in his letter. Attached relevant documents. Added an affidavit. Added my IELTS to tackle the language abilities and wrote well about it in my SOP. I would say that the only difference between my two previous applications and the third is that I really reworked my SOP to explain every single detail again. In terms of documents, nothing really changed between applications.

Thank you.

I’m trying to submit a webform but the documents don’t upload. I guess they’re still fixing the site.

What if I submit to another ircc in another country, will it be forwarded to the office handling my application?

I think if you have a job you can submit a study leave and your employment letter.
You parents can do a power of attorney too for a land.

You can still wait for input from the most experienced persons here.

So I duno if it’s allowed here but I don’t intend to break the rules.

I felt I can share what I gained. I recently listened to an Instagram live discussion on KSA’s page with an ex-VO, Annie who is now an immigration consultant.

It was helpful as I was able to see through the eyes of a typical visa officer. Even though their views may vary as everyone is different. it was insightful hearing from the other side and what she generally thinks about the high visa refusals from Nigeria.

See link if you wish to watch and if the link is not accessible, go to KSAs page and search for the interview he had with Anie.

Good morning all,
Congratulations to everyone who got PPR
With all I'm seeing, finance is a very important aspect to prove to the VO
However, I don't have access to such funds now or do I have a sponsor.
How easy would it be to get into Canada from UK if I decide to pursue the UK study route?
