This is a couple ( husband and wife). They are both deaf and dumb for 35yrs and 40yrs respectively and in this Crusade (God Has Sworn To Bless You), both of them were healed simultaneously.

Just because you saw a few doesn't mean all deaf & mutes are educated with hand signs.

If Nigeria's literacy level for the able bodied is 60% then I put disabled people at 20% at most.

You said nothing but the truth. I learnt sign language from a deaf and dumb church member who happened to be a friend. I can communicate in sign language to some extent. I later traveled to my vilage for an event and met a grown up deaf guy of my age. I tried communicating with him in sign language but he could nt understand "do re mi" let alone alphabets. I was later told he couldn't communicate in sign language because he didn't have any formal education. The nearest school for the dear was over a hundred kilometres to our village and his folks even afford it.
