Is there anyone with idea or ways to resolve this issue;

After paying up the easybuy loan to get a phone. In attempt to get another loan from another platform, the platform is telling me that .... "Your click credit request was unsuccessful because you have pending loan obligation with another bank."

Go to the bank and discuss the issue with your bank account officer to resolve that status placed on your account's monetary/transactions history !!
