It takes 5yrs to be a permanent resident in Rwanda, through marriage 3 years . And again through business but I don’t know how long for that one

The only process I know is student ? Studies

No, except you stay in the country for good 5yrs then you can get their passport or you marry their women and stay for 3yrs

Mr Edward i appreciate your effort to dispense crucial information to would-be emigrants which they certainly would find helpful, however, as someone earlier pointed out you seem to be typing in a hurry thus making your posts a bit incoherent and confusing, i hope you correct that in your subsequent posts. That said, can you please expatiate the permanent resident path better? You said it took 5 years for one to be eligible and as far as i know you did'nt spend up to a year in Rwanda, please explain.
