Op you are a mod and you don't know that you should have mentioned where the farm is located? Anyway, Fulani's are not Nigerians, Buhari is even from Niger Republic, Atiku is from Cameroon. There are some insecticide combinations that can be harmful to their cattle if applied on your crops. They do not cause any harm to your crops especially when the crops are still at the flowering stage. They pose no harm to humans please.

Southerners would keep wailing until southerners do something about these herdsmen. What is stopping southerners from going into cattle rearing and using ranching?

If we can show that cattle rearing is best done through ranching by showing better milk quality, better beef quality etc. The Fulani would either give up cattle rearing or be forced to start ranching their cattle. People and companies would not be patronising their cattle when there are other cattle with better quality.
