A good computer forensic newbie will scrub the file for EXIF info that can reveal the device used in snapping the pic, location, date and time. The rest is left for enemy intelligence unit to decipher

Common sense would suggest that this is not a photo from a battle op. It's clear from the relaxed looks of these, and from the fact that there is a drone there taking pictures, that these troops are not in combat.
