FYI Alaro that started in the last quarter (actually December ending)of 2019 has done more job than the dead hope Konza admist all the COVID drama-already universal home has started doing their thing over there. And to tell u this is a serious city not that single lanes estate u have in Nairobi-check the wide expressway that would run throughout out the city. Ur konza isn’t planning to hit the level by 2050.

Second Niger Bridge project (Almost completed )
6-lanes, The first phase of the Second Niger Bridge project is the Bridge and about 10km of Highway, as well as an Interchange and a Toll Station; the remaining length of highway will I believe be completed as a second phase.
1.6 km (0.99 mi) long and furnished with other ancillary infrastructure including a 10.3 km (6.4 mi) highway, Owerri interchange and a toll station all at Obosi city, expected to be completed in the year 2022

All coming along nicely, financed by the Presidential Infrastructure Development Fund (PIDF) that President Buhari established in 2018, with $650m in seed funding, to deliver on critical road projects across the country.

Update us on that kaduna mall. We are undoubtedly the second highest formal retail power house in Africa just behind SA.
