Welcome to the Bears gang. You don't really need anything to make it stop itching. It will itch you in the early stage. Once it gets to the period you normally shave, it will itch but if you don't shave it, it will later stop itching and becomes your normal you. Just endure in the itching period but once they grow, it will stop itching you.
Meanwhile, how old are u now?

Funny enough, it's actually when I Shave that I have the itching. Trim the beards often(not too high or low and frequency should be dependent on how quickly your hair grows), keep it clean by washing it thoroughly during every bath(I think this is why I consume more soap than regular people Sha). You'll be fine

Maybe the reason is you are not use to keeping beard. You have to try, while you trying to keep it you should apply beard oil maybe it can help reduce the itching. I have never experienced itching.

I keep beards, the don't itch me. Beards only itch when the are still little (like sprouting) . For a healthy beard make sure you shave when due I shave every two days, don't use shaving sticks but clipper. Then look for a good hair cream I make use of dematol or so fine. and you are good to go. Most importantly wash your face

I keep a lot of beards too. Check my ig on my signature. Wash it well when taking bath. Apply beard oil for moisturizing. I have a few brands I use and I don’t know if they can be found in Nigeria. Comb it out to straighten it while it’s still wet and oil in it. Just make sure you do this like 2 to 3 times weekly. No be rocket science

Apply Coconut Oil , try and change your diet as well stop eating Junk food , Remember we are what we eat or we become what we eat , wash your face properly every night as well as your bedsheets sometimes organisms get into pores in our skin without our notice .

I have got alot of beards and I can say ayam a member of beard gang, my beards don't scratch me one bit, how can my beard scratch me when I take care of it so well, I got oil that makes it soft and sleek and I give it a nice combing plus I got got Cologne to go with it, man, u don't need to tell me, but boy, I smell so nice 24/7 cool I have met girl that ain't even my girlfriend that I have just hock up with because they just want to touch my beards grin

I’ve never had an itchy beard since I was born but I think it might be due to my lifestyle. I just apply my normal hair cream (coconut oil) to my beards. Idk man, maybe try that.

I don't like guys that keep beards. A short stubble beard maybe okay, but those Osama bin Laden beard is a big turn off

I was in your shoes. I had to start keeping a beard because I shave my head. But the coarse beard ehn it's hard to control so I just shaved it and kept a goatee. It's much easier to handle

Try and leave your beard for a while just to grow a little bit the itching part of it will go automatically. Trust me on this one

The itching stops when you leave it for a long time. Leave it for a month or two, and the itches will stop.

Try some after-shave mixtures. The traditional ones preferably.
