Help: My Longi Prepaid Meter Is Not Supplying Light by Ckbilic(op): 6:15pm On Aug 06, 2021

Had Abandon my meter for 2weeks, I decided to recharge today, after imputing the token and accepting it, Still don't have light in my house. I checked remaining unit, I can still see the amount of unit I loaded. Please help

Check your meter breaker. The breaker must have cut off. Just switch it on

Give it sometime it will come up. That's mine did too for almost an hour no light

Was able to fix the problem by going to their office and I was given a code to input

Go to their office to complain....the code varries for each electricity you buy.. meaning they generate the code on every recharge you make

Two prepaid In my household suddenly stoped working also check the breaker it didn't trip, might have to make a visit to NEPA office as well
