Pls help, My honda accord 2005 stops after moving for more than 10km nd wont start until it cools for about 30-45 minutes. I was told its faulty fuel pump and I've changed it but the problem still persist. I dont knw wat to do.

When the car refuses to start, check the following.

* Presence of a spark

* Fuel pressure

One is missing .

1. Please what exact Power Steering fluid can I use for my 08 Lexus ES350. I have been seeing a lot of DEXTRON brands, but I'm not sure of which one to buy.

2. Can I just top up the Power Steering Fluid instead of going through the extra stress of draining before refilling, because I am not sure of the last used brand, and I'm not sure if two Power steering brands can be mixed together.

Please I intend to buy my dad a 2003 Toyota rav 4, is there anything I need to be worried about in terms of maintenance cost, common problems?. Although I intend to buy a foreign used but I see too many Nigeria used put up for sale. Kindly advise sir, his requirement is a very portable car with good ground clearance and easy maintenance for an old man

Remote diagnosis might not work without audio visuals.

2 possibilities

Belt or pump.

occupant classification. Use a high end tool to recalibrate, if it does not work, pull out the airbag ECU, take out the EPROM and clear crash data. It is not DIY.

Start with the easy stuff first.

Both codes on the same bank.

The p0430 points to a defective catalytic converter, the 174 a lean mixture on bank2.

For the lean mix, look for vacuum leaks and broken vacuum pipes.

Oga GAZZUZZ, asides reducing the toxicity of my exhaust emissions, what other benefits will I get if I install a catalytic converter on my newly bought 2011 honda accord coupe. The mechanic I asked to diagnose the car is telling me I need 3, been doing my diligence to confirm is the said car actually needs three.

Item 1, 2 and 12 come as the factory setup. Item 12 is not monitored by the engine ecu and it's presence or absence will not trigger an emission code.

The use of catalytic converters is to reduce harmful gasses produced by the vehicle.

Good Evening Baba,
my Camry 2000 5s fe engine is not doing well
1. The car usually goes off after a long drive usually more than 1hr continuous drive, vehicle would just jerk and go off, some times it take time to start back sometimes it start and does not idle. this does not usually happen when driving within the town, though short journey.
2. I have scan and got P0105 pointing to MAP sensor. I have done the basic check before buying a tokunbo MAP sensor: harness is good and there is 5v supplied when on.
3. I have replace the MAP sensor and the issue is still happening. I was advised to look at the TPS, that I have also changed and the issue is still happening. what else can I check/inspect that would help in resolving this issue
