The Osinbajo Grassroots Organisation, OGO, has declared that the Vice President, Yemi Osinbajo, is the future of Nigeria.

OGO’s National Convener, Foluso Ojo, said Osinbajo possesses impeccable leadership qualities to continue the works of President Muhammadu Buhari.

In a statement he signed and issued in Abuja, Ojo insisted that the Vice President has at several instances displayed his competence and ability to govern Nigeria.

According to Ojo: “We have identified in the Vice President a leader of unimpeachable character; someone who can continue on the good works already started by President Muhammadu Buhari.

“We do not want Nigerians to gamble with this very important decision to pay attention to only politicians, when as stakeholders, we as the youths of this country, can also identify a man with required competence, character and passion to move the nation forward.

“At different occasions, Prof Yemi Osinbajo has demonstrated that he possesses the unique competence, fairness, accommodation, tolerance and respect for the rule of law to carry everyone along as critical stakeholders in the Nigerian future.

“So, we do not need him or anyone to tell us that Prof Osinbajo is a pathway to Nigeria’s future from 2023.”

Ojo said Osinbajo, who, after working diligently with the President to jointly implement policies and programmes for a period running to eight years, should accept an appeal to consolidate on the good initiatives of the administration for enhanced values, unity and development of Nigeria.

OGO also disclosed that the second edition of ‘Osinbajo Day,’ a day set aside to celebrate the Vice President, will hold on Sunday, August 8, 2021..

Just like Biden,having an experience of a VP will give you a sense of direction on how to govern a country, you won't have to think of where to go, what to do, you already known what's to be done, hence, this man is fit and capable for this job really.

With osinbajo as presidential candidate, i guess it will only be fair to take el rufai As his running mate.

These re two focused people that i believe regardless of how people view them will make a huge impact to the direction of this country. Age is on their side and they have qualities of administrators. Nigerians dont need anyone that doesnt have political will like tinubu or atiku who both re just going to be in that position for revenge or control.

Everyone keeps saying zulum is better, he is not as dirty as elrufai. Nigerians need someone who can go against the norms. Hardcore intellect. Zulum is really good dont misqoute me, but he acts with emotions.

Fyi: Only nigrrians should accept my opinion or give a different opinion. Let me not catch any ipobian or oduduwar national or even UAR member qouting me. Because i’ll tribalise your ancestors no time

Even buhari that has a 1st hand experience as a former president failed woefully. So a former vice can fail much more if failure is there in his Gene. So give us another reason.

If Nigeria was a normal country, someone like Osinbajo shouldn't be a vice president to a Buhari. But politics is a game of number.
I wish him best of luck if he decides to throw his hat in but his Bourdillon boss will have a say whether he would have a chance on not.

When will they come to a consensus and choose a candidate that will represent southern interest?

That is how southern Nigeria will bee rigmarolling until North uses backdoor to install their candidate again.

I believe he can make a difference but for him to get there he need a good vice president from the north. He should take somebody from the kardashian state as VP to get more votes. El rufai might bring bad luck.
