It's not that simple. Ondo would have gone the way of Zamfara yet both APC remain the ultimate loser. It's more of trying to solve the problem they created by sacking the democratically elected NWC in breach of their own constitution. They created the problem so should solve it. With the look of things, the mandate of the APC candidate in Anambra is already in problem and may forfeit the mandate if he wins since the form was signed by the current caretaker committee .
All I was I saying is that the West want the problem to be solve but the North don't because the problem is of benefits to them

And I am saying it is not so sir. It's the likes of Ekiti Governor, in the west, who are even the ones behind the chairman of the caretaker committee. This is politics, all that matters is interest not friendship along regions. Even the AG is fighting his own political battle ahead of the APC primaries in Kebbi state. The current structure in Kebbi is in his camp and if the caretaker committee loses out, he may lose out so not everything is South versus North or West versus East

Don't you know that Fayemi of Ekiti want presidential ticket and Buni is in support because it would be a Christian/muslim ticket which the North preferred to Tinibu Muslim/christian ticket.

That's why I corrected you for reducing it to north versus West. No such thing, just politics of self interest and the supreme court will reset them las las, starting with Anambra election if APC wins.

The Caretaker chairman signed for the APC candidate in Anambra too and if any person is sharp enough among the candidates contesting against APC in Anambra, the person can go to court now to compel INEC to disqualify the APC candidate by this SC judgement.

In fact, INEC can act on this SC judgement sef to bar the APC candidate or give APC opportunity to correct any administrative lapses before the election in order to avoid prolonged litigation

I think Anambra election will come before Ekiti. The APC candidate in Anambra is there literally carrying an empty kettle. The final winner of that Anambra election will be determined by the courts not by popular votes. The mandate of the candidates of all the leading parties have serious k legs. I see a dark horse emerging
k-legs......I remember OBJ grin

A party whose structure is arguably constituted illegally has no passion for rule of law concerning national governance.

Supreme court judgement on Ondo state election will affect APC in total. A serving gov holding 2 important position claiming he superside the President. I can see inner crisis loom and govs will start violating Nigeria constitution. I know that Nigeria constitution favours the people on top. I continue to imaging the professionalty of lawyers and San in this country .no wonder a PHD in Nigeria is made a clerner in Finland. God heal this country. Nobody respects anyone .law is lawless and killing is much. Internal crisis will fall APC. Fulani will retain the power
