I tried to convince him to tell me atleast what to do cos transportation fare from my enclave to Abj no be here.

I expect the guy to tell me stuffs so I know what to do first before embarking on the Abj trip.
But he insisted I come to Abj for discussion with him.

You are a favoured individual but stubbornness won't allow you take a step to greatness. I mean you would be risking your life traveling down to Abuja(and I pray for God's protection over your life) but you don't expect that favour you've been praying for to come and meet you in your room.
Furthermore, life itself is all about taking risk and you not going to Abuja makes you unserious to the commissioner.

what are you waiting 4? Life na risks make some little arrangement and meet him personal. From the way he sound he might help you,don't you knew seeing him personally will be prestige

They just want to confirm if truly you're who you claim to be.

Take along your CV, NYSC certificate , Degree Certificate, Birth certificate, primary school certificate, and most important local government of origin identification.
Just carry every document with your name on it, there's a place to make photocopies should you need to.

Keep in touch with the guy that called you. Just budget to spend 2/3 days.
Make sure you remind him you're the one he raised his voice at on phone
