I'm still to fix my passport and i wouldn't want to risk but i'm planning to visit Porto Novo with a friend. And as Nigerian government wouldn't issue us the ECOWAS card unlike others, can my friend and i enter Porto Novo legally with our NIMC? |

Why not With yellow fever alone you can cross any west african border Though you might need some settlements |
