I'm still to fix my passport and i wouldn't want to risk but i'm planning to visit Porto Novo with a friend. And as Nigerian government wouldn't issue us the ECOWAS card unlike others, can my friend and i enter Porto Novo legally with our NIMC?

Not sure you can leave the Nigerian border with that sef cheesy

Why not


With yellow fever alone you can cross any west african border


Though you might need some settlements

I actually travel from Ghana with it but i really can't tell if it's cuz i'm returning. I'm just trying to understand things before i'll make move.

I understand you. People do travel with ID cards until recently when the immigration guys at the Nigerian end, started frowning at it but you can still try sha cheesy
