Hello Nairalanders,
Please guys i need your help on how to i stop my cronic cough and chest pain. For some time now, i've always been recommend orthodus drugs and non seem to work and now i'm seeking natural/herbal remedy.
Please, help me with what worked for you.
I'll be very grateful.

My wife recommended I used ginger.

Peel the skin with a knife and put candy size in your mouth. Don't chew it, allow it sit in your mouth, you'll unconsciously chew it slowly and release it's healing properties without knowing it.

It worked for me and in two days my cough disappeared.

What type of orthodox treatment have you used so far? What type of medical investigation did you get and was any definitive diagnosis made?

Getting to the hospital i was diagnosed of malaria++ and typhoid fever.
i was given numerous drugs and 4 IM on my butt which curbed the illness except cough and chest pain.
when i later met the doctor he recommended sentri (i don't truly get the spelling for it) he further said that my chest pain is as a result of the cough. having eaten this tablet for four days and nothing seems to be happening, i decided to call my sis who is a nurse.
she prescibed emzolyn, a syrub.
i've been taking it for some time now, still no changes.

In summary they haven't done any type of investigation specifically for the cough. I dont want to scare you with what it could be but whatever it is, minor or serious, most are treatable. Go see another doctor, preferably in a public hospital so they can order the right test to diagnose and treat you properly.

Not having a chest pain but coughing out strong spit like thick sperm.

Op should follow this advice, public hospital procedure is stressful but worth it. Most private hospital will prescribe drug for you based on asking you questions whereas thorough medical lab test helps a lot.
