The federal government should place serious sanctions on Indonesian imports into the country! They export a lot into this country but have been extremely belligerent to Nigeria. It should stop! We seldom export anything to Indonesia, so I wonder what their comeback will be like. Much they can do is to deport Nigerians living there, which is even good , since the country is extremely hostile to Nigeria! Indonesia is not Russia nor China. Just another Pakistan. This is a huge diplomatic slap that should be dealt with frontally! It keeps happening because Nigeria has a tepid system of governance full of inept bimbos that pander to base sentiments like religion in their decision making process..

The Nigerian Embassy in Jakarta(Indonesia) is notorious for being indifferent and locking their services away from Nigerians when they seek succour against the machinations of Indonesian authorities. He thought he was invicible but he just got served. Unlike him, the Indonesian authorities didn't see Onye dot ; they saw a Blackman who happens to be a Nigerian.

We still remember how some Nigerians attacked and destroyed the Nigerian Embassy in Indonesia last year because of the nonchalant attitude of the Embassy officials to their welfares. The ambassador has finally realized towards the end of his tenure that he is not beyond reproach. Low level immigration officials made him cry like a baby. I am sure that he is still in disbelief.

One is yet to see a verifiable news outlet that covered this story.
A whole high commissioner being tortured like that would have sparked serious diplomatic row. All news media will have reported this and not just YouTube by some wannabe bloggers.

Innocent Nigerians go through trauma that is worst than this in the hand of their government and security agencies here in Nigeria. A lot of souls have been wasted without FG doing anything, but they are now crying foul because it has happened to a Diplomat in a foreign land.

This show of humiliation best depicts the kind of contempt the Indonesians and the world at large has for the country Nigeria and it's citizens.

Our stock has dropped to unenviable low. The government hasn't helped matters with its officials who have soiled their hands while in public office been shedded. Case in point, the super cop and Gandollars. Millions of naira swallow by a snake.

In countries like China such corrupted officials would be summarily excited. Little wonder China runs shoulders with the US.

The country Nigeria has lost its pride long ago.
