Problem one, Barcelona is Barcelona because they play in a league, called la liga. Now except they can get new sponsors for la liga and help the debt, it's unlikely they don't struggle for the next few seasons to survive.

Madrid on the other hand are in a far better position, Perez concern is staying on top of world football.

La liga gets an offer to sustain the league, except they get a better one, the situation may worsen and put other investors in a better situation in other negiotations. The length of the deal is long, which is an exploitation to be frank. But which other investor has 3billion euros to invest in la liga, now that Messi and Ronaldo are also not there?

Frankly the investors are taking a risk that la liga will still be attractive. Mind you what Barca and Madrid are fighting for is more money and not the sale of the rights, they want to be guaranteed more money in the future to stay above other clubs incase there is an increase in TV broadcasting rights

What I don't know is if this deal is reviewable, or renewable within few years of the contract

Do you know that this deal would mean that La Liga owns the TV rights and not the clubs? That's the main thing Real Madrid is against...you can't take away TV rights for 50 years bruh
