The issue here is that i am always hungry. I mean extreme hunger no matter what i eat. No matter the quantity/amount of food i eat, i'd still get seriously hungry in the next 20-40mins.
due to this i spend most of the money i get in a week in buying lots of food items which will finish within few days.
i can't even channel my money into doing something else other than buying food.
it's affecting me literally.
pls who knows a remedy to this? Kindly share

exactly continue you have a strong immune system, and food is the resources, dont be afraid, you dont need a doctor. you are fine.

like for me i usually eat in the morning so that is a habit i wish to uphold, so any other meal that comes along will be a light meal that does not cost much, that trick works pretty good for me.
