The 13th month hasn't been stopped, the issues with salary and wages commission has been long ractified, NHIS will get their 13th month cool by this november with marginal increase. It was not paid last month due to some identified reasons. Salary and wages commission has send their approval to NHIS long ago to continue payment of 13th month along st with the new increase and other new allowances. I know what I'm saying.

13th month in every Novembe is 300k plus, tho it has been increased, the new figure will be unveil soon.
Upfront payment which come every January is between the range of 1.9m to 2m plus for level 8...

The higher you go, the cooler it becomes. If you are posted to their state office, you just rely on the above figures, only.
