Yaronkirki:Those should help reduce the uneasiness. My two cents... -Don't eat too much quantity of food at one sitting, you might eat in bits. -Avoid foods, that will bloat your stomach. -Avoid food with too much pepper. -Reduce the way you stress, your body. -Try warm water+ raw honey(original) frequently. -If possible, reduce salt intake. -Go wild on veggies more. -Don't lie down, immediately after eating.
