Someone said you can tell how a country is doing just by looking at the vehicles on the road, that Nigerians are poor. In his country ghana you see new cars but here na so so 2007, 2010 late models etc.
You borrow billions (in time of underperforming economy) to build substandard infrastructure that will fail in few years yet the debt remains.
Which sensible business man in time of slow business, goes to bank to take a loan to build new office complex or renovate existing one?
