When people are granted bail in court complete with sureties, It's because they still have a case to answer...If not they will be discharged and acquitted.

I don't need to know the exact allegations, to know that there were charged with sunbstantive allegations before the court. And the case will still continue ...The idea of the sureties is to help prevent them from jumping bail. Only people with cases in court jump bail.

It's common sense.
